  • Full payment is required prior to the processing of any order. The Seller does not accept reservations, item holds, or in-person viewings prior to purchase. Each item is presented with photographs, detailed descriptions, and videos to provide sufficient information and clarity before purchase.

    For security and confidentiality, all items are securely stored in a bank safety deposit facilities. Dispatch shall be arranged only after the order has been confirmed and full payment has been successfully received.

  • For orders using payment methods other than PayPal, all available options are provided upon request. To place an order, please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email at inquiries@giulliannaphilippines.com with the details of your desired items. We will issue a manual invoice for your order and provide instructions for completing the payment transfer.

  • Daily transactions amounting to P500,000 and above are accepted and processed through the Seller’s accredited banking partners. The Seller ensures that clients may confidently conduct high-value transactions, all of which are handled securely, transparently, and in full compliance with applicable Philippine banking laws and Anti-Money Laundering Council AMLC regulations.

  • Only local cheques drawn within the business area are accepted. Cheque payments are accepted for amounts P100,000 and above only. Post-dated cheques shall not be accepted. All cheque payments are subject to bank clearance, which may take up to two (2) business days. Orders shall be processed only upon successful clearance of the cheque.

  • Shipping is conducted on a non-expedited basis. The cut-off time for processing is 10:00 PM. All items shall be shipped via courier selected by the buyer, unless free shipping is expressly stated. The seller shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay involving shipments that are not insured. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended and shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking information will be issued at 10:00 AM on the following business day.

  • Shipping insurance costs are determined solely by the courier or delivery service and are beyond the seller’s control. The decision to obtain shipping insurance, including the coverage amount, rests entirely with the buyer. Any insurance fees shall be borne by the buyer. Upon issuance of the tracking number, all risk of loss, damage, or delay shall transfer to the buyer, and the seller shall no longer be held liable.

  • An additional fee of P500.00 shall be charged for airport drop-off services. The flight schedule for the following day shall be forwarded to the Client, who shall have the exclusive authority to select the preferred flight. All air cargo fees shall be for the sole account of the Client. The Client shall be fully responsible for tracking and monitoring the selected flight. Any flight delays, cancellations, or other airline-related issues shall be resolved solely between the Client and the airline, and, the Seller shall bear no liability arising therefrom.
